Five Star Premium Kiln Dried Firewood. Our kiln-dried firewood is recommended to provide the best quality firewood burning experience that you will find. We use state of the art kilns that cook your wood at 260 degrees for over 30 hours, drawing out moisture and eliminating insects and mold. This process creates a low moisture content under 15% and means that our firewood is very easy to light and produces minimal smoke while burning. We only deliver 100% premium Virginia native hardwoods (red oak, white oak, hickory, maple, cherry, etc). The standard cut length is about 14-16 inches and the average diameter of logs is 3-4 inches. Available in 1/4 cord, 1/2 cord, 3/4 cord, 1 full cord, or more.

Found this company online and gave them a try. Online order process was easy and the price was competitive compared to other companies I've used in the past. Only issue was I had to call after a few days to inquire about delivery dates, but that's a minor issue. I received my delivery less than a week after my order which was fine. Wood is some of the best I've received! Burns well and the pieces are sized right. I will definitely order from Five Star next year!
